The extensive experience in the field of packaging and PP fabric has allowed Rafia Industrial to supply a wide range of big bags, replacing paper, plastic and other packaging systems in order to cover our industrial customers ´needs.

The big bags or FIBCs are flexible containers made ​​of woven polypropylene with custom requirements for covering each customer specific needs taking into consideration different factors such as workload, safety factor, measures, ventilation and resistance.

Advantages of using big bags:

• Give a very favorable packing / weight ratio of the product to be packed.
• Easy storage. They come folded and palletized.
• It has a very competitive cost compared to other packaging formats (often used without pallets)
• It can be coated or include inner liner for protection against humidity
• Once filled, they are easy to manipulate and store with the standard equipment.

• Safety Working Load (SWL) : From 500 kgs to 2500 kgs
• Dimensions: According to requirements / customer needs.
• Safety Factor (SF) : 5:1 or as per customer requirement .
• Material: PP fabric with UV treatment.
• PE inner liner: Thickness from 40 to 100 microns.
• Certification: All big bags are certified according to the workload and required safety factor .
